Our purpose is to promote and foster a spirit of friendliness and good fellowship
among the officers and family members of area police departments and to aid injured and fallen officers.
Each month, SLPWA holds a membership meeting. Meetings are held the same day on the 2nd week of each month at 7 p.m. Location of the meetings are sent to you through the membership emails. During the meetings we talk about various information including upcoming events, results from past events, and general information on what is going on. If you are unable to attend a meeting, both the agenda and meeting minutes are available to all members.
If you are interested in joining our association, please fill out the membership application. Membership is open to past or present family members of any police officer or a retired officer. When finished, mail your application to the PO box listed on the application, or email it to email@example.com. Once your application has been verified, you should begin to receive membership emails.
